Speed: 0.65(On ability 0.325)
Damage: 0.4(on ability 0.8)
Regen Speed: 1.30(On ability 2.0)
Attack Cooldown: 0.8
Resistance 7.0(Im not sure)
》Passive: Every time you hit player their speed decrease on 5% for 1s
》Active: Creates a fixed area that makes players frozen(unable to move, and unable to be pushed), after 5 sec the area explosin and push near players back beung them freezed on 5 secs.

I choosed stats depending on rook stats, like, this class shoud be useful on team
A vit op. And waaay too dlow. Like this is rook with some ice weighing it down
The rook should be balanced a lot, it useless as heck.
You can propose your ideas, in my way I just want to make him something like support class, it should be very vitality but low damage

i think this should be an evo from rook to frozen golem not tank to frozen golem
