》Passive: Every time you hit player their speed decrease on 5% for 1s
》Active: Creates a fixed area that makes players frozen(unable to move, and unable to be pushed), after 5 sec the area explosin and push near players back beung them freezed on 5 secs.
The rook should be balanced a lot, it useless as heck.
