its a thing they do to test an alarm in case anything bad happens like a earthquake and disaster, end of the world etc

yea lol my but my teacher’s phone got it like 3 minutes later than everyone else’s lol
I was kinda disappointed… i thought it would be louder and it only lasted like 5 seconds. (At least it was like that for me) And it went off 2 mins early >:(

FEMA confirmed that there was a mild problem with the volume metadata included in the WEA broadcast. Possible test again on Oct 11 (my dad is FEMA engineer)
