i am back from japan and i have martching band practice 5 hours from now, I thought jet lag was going to be better but not and I know this is going to screw up my sleep schedule

I know what you are going through, jet lag sucks.
For me if you don’t sleep on the plane you will usually sleep whenever u touch the bed I slept on a little mat thing on the floor in Sri Lanka and when I lashed down in bed I instantly blacked out

I am a New Jersian (I live in NJ)
The flight I took was from KIX (Osaka International Airport) to SFO (San Fransisco International Airport) to New Jersey. I reached my home 1 am at night and went to sleep. I didn’t sleep at all in the plane so I didn’t sleep at all for close to 20 hours, Yet I apparently was sleep walking at night which I distantly remembered.
But Japan was really fun
I wanna sleepwalk
ITs horrible you kinda remeber what you did but you feel pain when you are sleeping, reality and the nightmare blend you are too tired to escape and apparently I was saying stuff like “I’m tired”
