What if the default skins could be the color of your choice. It might make the game seem cooler to newer players. Plus it would make even the default skins personalized.
I assume it won’t get added because it is extra work but it is just an idea, so I’m throwing it out there!

The colour change would actually be pretty easy, with buttons that could change the sprite (i think still new to that type of coding)

How would the color change work. If it was a sprite the game drew id understand but it is an uploaded file

instead of a whole colour picker, you could have set sprites for light and dark versions

a customize button gives you a selection of (for example):
Green
Light green
Red
Light red
Blue
light blue
You click one and it changes you to that colour
