I’m really confused how the Regen system works, I wait so long but no Regen. But I know it is somehow possible to Regen since I saw people doing it. Can someone explain?

If you pick up a fallen weapon u heal a bit

So you have to pick up a floating weapon and it heals you a bit, which means you can last forever given you always pick some guns up

I have a suggestion regarding the regeneration for gatdamn.io - instead of only regening by picking guns up, you could regen just a little over a long time so just a slight regeneration not too much though.
